Charles Brenya, popularly known as Striker, was the top scorer of the 2006 National Milo competition and he would have been adjudged
Player of the Year had we not lost in the final. The lone goal defeat we suffered in the national final last year
was likely a result of an injury he suffered in the semi finals (he stepped on a nail during that match). Though he played and limped
throughout the final, he couldn't give us the goal we needed to equalize.
This year, however, is different. Brenya has improved tremendously as he aspires to follow the footsteps of FC Dallas Dominic Oduro by
making it professionally abroad. He has scored in nearly every game so far. His hat-trick against Methodist Academy in early
June sent a strong warning to our future
opponents at the right time.
Brenya is also captain of the Prempeh hockey team.
