In a battle fit for the gods, Ramseyer and Opoku Ware both shared the
spoils. From the beginning,it looked as if Ramseyer house has going to
demolish Opoku Ware house as the latter has been known to do well in
basketball and not soccer.
However, the current crop of students inhabiting
the "perchepe" house proved everyone wrong.
Opoku Ware came into the game with a mentality of winning. This they proved
when they got the first goal of the game in a spate of 5
minutes. The Ramseyer defenders were caught unawares by a spectacular
through ball which
the Opoku Ware striker made no mince meat of.
The match became very fierce when Ramseyer equalised just after 3
minutes. It was a ding-dong affair in the midfield till Opoku Ware house
got their
second goal of the day but Ramseyer made their happiness short-lived when
they equalised with 5 minutes to the end of proceedings.
