Another update from Winneba: Otoo's services not needed

Prempeh's goalkeeper Sampson Otoo has returned home from the try-outs of the national Under-17 training camp in Winneba. The coach thanked him for his services and said that he will no longer be needed.

Otoo is Ashanti Region's best goalkeeper who won the "best goalkeeper" award at the just ended National Milo football competition. He was also in goal for the Ashanti regional team in last year's inter-regionals sports festival.

However, he has a tendency to panic during penalty shootouts, which may have become apparent during the trials.

His expulsion from the selection exercise leaves 3 Prempeh stars left: K. Manu, Ahmed Deedat and Stephen Okei.
