Sports master Isaac A. Lartey has been appointed by the Ghana Football Association as premier league match commissioner.
He spent most of the year refereeing most of the matches as fourth official.
Mr. Lartey
Mr. Lartey is also Ashanti Regional Football Development Officer. He is in charge of the GFA's
four-year development plan aimed at unearthing talents at the grassroots.
His task is to usher players from the
Ashanti Region into the National Under 17 team, the Black Starlets.
